When making a reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. You can do this via bank transfer to our deposit account or by credit card.
Here you will find our cancellation conditions.
During your stay, our covered car park directly at the hotel is available to you. There are also electric charging stations for electric cars.
We recommend travelling with winter tyres during the winter months (November to April). There is no obligation to carry snow chains.
You can drive directly to the main building, where our covered car park is also located. It is not possible to drive directly to the individual chalets.
Our boutique hotel has four suites, each accommodating two people. Of course, you can also book a chalet (2 – 6 persons) for just two people.
Dogs are warmly welcome in selected chalets and are charged at 30 € per day.
You are welcome to bring your dog along for dinner. However, we ask you not to bring your dog to the main restaurant and would seat you in one of our dining rooms instead.
Our boutique hotel has a very good Wi-Fi connection throughout the entire premises.
Yes, we offer our in-house guests room service to the chalet or suite. A fee of 20 € is charged per service.
Our infinity pool is located on the 4th floor of the main building and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for our in-house guests.
Our infinity pool is heated all year round. Depending on the outside temperature, it is kept at 28 – 30 degrees Celsius.
Of course, our pool is accessible to all of our hotel guests.
During your stay we will gladly provide you with bath towels, hand towels and, per person, a bathrobe and bath slippers. You are welcome to take the bath slippers home as a souvenir.
Our saunas are very easy to operate. You can set your desired temperature yourself.
Twice a week our external masseuse comes to the Bergwiesenglück and gives you a massage in your chalet or suite. Please enquire at reception in good time about availability, appointments, prices and treatments.
The Fitness Cube, with its magnificent view of the Paznaun mountain world, is available to you daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Yoga mats can easily be borrowed from us.
Our chalets and suites are only bookable with board included. Chalets can be booked with breakfast or half board; our suites only with half board. For external guests we charge 35 € per person for breakfast.
No, our chalets and suites are not comparable to holiday apartments. Of course you have the option of warming up food for children; otherwise our HERMANNS KITCHEN is available to you for à-la-carte breakfast, a rich breakfast buffet or à-la-carte dinner.
External guests are also welcome to dine at our à-la-carte restaurant HERMANNS KITCHEN. We kindly ask for a prior table reservation.
Our kitchen is open in the evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. At the bar we are available until midnight.
In general, our chalet prices are per night and not per person. Children up to 6 years of age are free of charge. We will gladly create a special offer for you depending on the child's age and travel period.
Our games barn is available to the youngest guests around the clock, every day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer childcare at our boutique hotel.

Our shuttle service comfortably takes you to the ski lifts in See, Kappl and Ischgl. This service is available to you free of charge daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A ski bus also departs directly from the hotel.
The Paznaun valley is home to the ski resorts of See, Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür. You can obtain information about the respective ski resort at reception.
Our ski room is located in the main building, directly opposite reception. Each chalet or suite is assigned its own locker, which can only be opened or locked with the room key card.
In summer you can set out directly from the hotel to beautiful hiking destinations. The valley trail on the opposite side of the valley, which leads all the way to Galtür, is also very popular with our guests. Of course, we will share more insider tips with you on site.
In the hotel itself, e-mountain bikes can be rented for 55 euros per bike per day.
